| I used Pro-Lab every once in a while when I needed a lab to fit into a tight budget. I was happy to see that they obtained AIHA accreditation because I was slightly worried about the quality. Apparently their cheaper price doesn't mean cheaper quality. Although I don't do as much mold sampling now, I will plan on using them when projects come up. |

| Pro-Lab's determination of whether a sample has elevated levels of mold spores is both crude and often inaccurate. Simply stated, the reports indicate that higher levels of a mold type indoors over outdoors is an unusual situation. While experienced consultants ignore a lab's interpretation of the sample (it is the consultants job to correlate analytical results with site conditions) many new consultants will simply look at the "Yes/No" result determined by Pro-Lab's method to determine if a potential mold problem exists - with no consideration of site conditions. |

I have used PRO LAB for 2 years now. I once used a competitor for 1 week & quickly found out how spoiled they made me. There was no comparison with the service/support they provide.
Excellent technical support, pricinig, 24 hour turn around times at no additional fee.
They also make a written determination if unusual / elevated conditions exist. This is VERY important when dealing
with the public.
I am proud to say my firm is affilliated with PRO LAB.
