| The EMSL Labs I use are in NYC & Westmont N.J. Both labs offer excellent service, including knowledgable account managers, lab technicians and resourceful support personnel. The best thing I like about them is that if they don\'t have an answer to any of my questions, they will go out of their way to find the answer, thru their many resources. |

I find over all the lab [ Lee] has always gotten my samples out way before I expected.I had a shipping billing error and was being billed for the shipment ,when I call and got to the right person all 5 of my billing errors were taken care fast and courteous

| This laboratory is very responsive to our requests. As Micro5 and other new technologies have been developed, they have updated us. E-mail of results in Adobe format is very helpful.
Even though 4 day turnaround may be requested, we typically get samples faster. |
