| I am only rating their customer service, because i dont use them as a lab, as I am on the west coast. Chris was great to deal with when i purchased my aerotrap, they didnt have it ready, so he overnighted me a loaner, and two weeks later my brand new unit came. I would use them if they had an office out here! |
