| THE OWNERS AND PERSONNEL AT ASL HAVE BROUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A NEW LEVEL. THE ACCURATE AND COMPREHENSIVE LABORATORY ANALYSIS IS ALWAYS DELIVERED PROMTLY. THE LABORATORY MANAGER AND MICROBIOLOGISTS ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE MEANINGFUL INFORMATION. FROM THE PERSON THAT ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE TO THE SPEEDY EMAILING OF ANALYSIS RESULTS TO THE INVOICING OF EACH PROJECT AND RECEIPT OF CUSTOMER REWARDS DOLLARS, ASL DELIVERS EVERY TIME. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT ACCURACY, QUALITYAND QUICK TURN AROUND TIME OF ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY ASL ENABLES OUR FIRM TO BETTER SERVE OUR CLIENTS. | Advanced Scientific has a team of extremely competent individuals that continually produce a service that excels compared to other laboratories I have used. Their result templates allow for extraction of information that is not available on any other result sheet I have observed. The laboratory continually works with me and their approach is to continually educate me to make me a better consultant. |
