| I have relied on Aemtek for almost four years for analysis of our microbial samples (fungi, bacteria) and have found them extremely reliable, consistently on time, and competitively priced.
I'm most impressed by their staff of PhD mycologists & bacteriologists who personally analyze all of our samples, which gives me peace of mind knowing that their analysis is accurate & defensible.
As our needs have changed, so has our need for Aemtek to customize their reports and they have always been more than happy to accommodate us.
We have used other environmental labs over the past 10 years & have found Aemtek to be uniquely qualified to handle all of our microbial analytical needs. |

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Florence Wu and the whole staff at Aemtek Inc. Florence and her staff are always there to answer all my questions and help me understand more complex topics. Aemtek has generously extended help with my company that has benefited others I work with.
I have several Laboratories calling me asking if I would send samples to their labs and provide services for me other than the services provided by Aemtek. I have to apologize to them with the remark that no other Laboratory can compete or come close to the knowledge and service Aemtek can provide and that I would never trust another laboratory with my samples.
My expectations for any service provided by any laboratory are well met by Aemtek along with the knowledgeable and highly educated people on staff. There is nothing I could recommend changing about Aemtek because it is perfect just the way it is. Any improvements made within the company of Aemtek, Inc. would have to come from within the company itself. But why try to fix what isn’t broken?

One tiny complaint- is I came from emlab, and I really do miss their support documents, like the moldstat, and moldreport, which make the client's understanding very simple. The quality of work makes up for it though!
I also like the very personal service. Florence is great! It is absoloutely wonderful to be able to call rhe principal mycologist, or the mycologist who analyzed your samples, and ask questions. And with the analysts backgroudn and education it makes them very worth to stand in deposition or testimony-Every analyst is an expert! Customer service and quality appear to be their top priority! ALso new advanced analysis like QPCR are offered, and direct consultation with florence about sampling, analysis is invaluable!
