| Lab has great customer service, lab reports need minor improvement, additional location information etc. If you call the lab they will change/help with each problem usually within the same day. They are priced very competitive. |

LA Testing is EMSL's Los Angeles laboratory. They were the best a year ago and have new clients and are very tight on getting quick turn around samples. If it's a rush, you must call ahead so they know it's coming. Customer service is top notch. Reports are online PDF versions on easy to use website.
Overall they are good and getting better with minor hiccups as can be expected with the volume of samples we drop on them. |
