I am not a large volume client, yet I recieve client recognition on a first name basis. Their personalized service is matched by the reliability of their analyses, reporting capabilities, and efficiency. |

We have always had good feedback from our customers with the information included in their reports and the accessibility of their databases online. Their customer service is incredible and if they cannot answer your question immediately they will find out the answer and get back with you usually on the same day. |

| I've used EMLab exclusively for nearly three years on nearly 100 projects. I believe that their analysis of data is top notch, their report format is very clear and professional, the credentials of the principals is unassailable, and their customer service is outstanding. The small difference in price between EMLab and smaller labs is, in my view, completely irrelevent, given the high stakes involved and the potential for litigation. |

| I have had a chance to compare on the same projects their results on sequential tests over weeks and they had reliable and more complete data than a competitor who presented a less complete picture and results that were so different that even the client did not deem the competitor as credible. |

| I use Aerotech for all of my analysis needs; particulates, fungal and radon measurement. When I call my rep at Aerotech, I get immediate and personal service. This lab has bailed me out of some tricky circumstances. They make paperwork and shipping very easy. I like their costs. I appreciate the availability of rental equipment and supplies.
I have no reason to use other laboratories. |

| In general this has been a good lab to work with. TAT and receipt of final analytical and invoicing have generally always been on time. Cost has not been a concern. Areas that they fall short is in identifying the individual analysts completing the work and identifying project names and project #'s on all assoc. reports. It seems as though you can never speak with the analyst. Nothing spectacular about Aerotech just consistent TAT and acceptable customer service. |

| EM Lab's customer service has been phenomenal. The ability to access past reports on their website, build graphs from the data, and view the data in different formats has been very helpful. In addition, they provide outdoor air concentration statistics of your area that become very helpful if you live in an area where often the outdoor counts are near zero in the winter. We've also been able to use their satellite office microscopists on job sites in order to work efficiently when time is of the essence for our customers. |

Major value is the report. Mold report is a graphic representation of probability which helps greatly in discussing results with my clients. I also appreciated their rapid turn around without additional charge. They have also taken the time and effort to call me when questionable results have been found.
They're not the cheapest, but all in all I have found them to be the best for my needs. |

Advanced analyses, equipment, facilities, accreditation's, quality assurance programs, and the most highly trained staff in the industry are what have made the team of Aerotech P&K the industry leader. I have had the utmost respect and it is always an honor when meeting the staff at Aerotech P&K especially Dr Chin Yang. I can not remember ever being treated any different whether I spend $25 or $25.000 the staff has always been available and always responded back to me within hours. Malissa Helmick and zeeba keeps me informed as to what's going on with new products and training. Chris Weedon is a so helpful with my product and merchandise selection. Kudos out to my project manager Lori litwiller for being so helpful and understanding on my brain fart days. All at Aerotech have gone the distance and then some. In my professional opinion cost is not a factor when working with the caliber of professionals and scientist at this company.

| EM Lab sets the standard for high quality reporting. They always return spore trap analysis before deadlines, and in a pinch they have even helped to accelerate getting a response to me. Their pricing seems on par with other labs. And their customer service is top notch. If I have a question about intepreting their results, I have even had the head of their mycology department call me and answer my questions directly. |

| The reports are clear and complete. Questions are always answered quickly.
Three people look at each and every sample, so I'm confident of accurate results.
Billing is also accurate.
Their website is invaluable and used by me daily. |

First the good. I was telling a class instructor recently that I am sick of coming on here, and everyone is kissing their lab's butt. Well, I am not going to.
First the positive. Reports are very good. I really like the moldstat, mold range, combined with the typical tabular.
Now the bad. This lab sold me a product which was "lightly" used. However wehn I got it come I found scuff marks, etc, it was obviously well used, it even fell apart, and had areas that had been glued back together. I received some very good and very poor customer service during the process of getting the refund. Sarah at the San Bruno office is very helpful!
Samples were rarely reported in less than 24 hours (typically about 26), if you call or email to ask where they are they get reported immediately, but you get a bit of grief from your customer service agent. I have heard that customer service may be better out of the SoCal office.
The lab did do their est to expidite analysis when shipping errors (not their fault) occured.
The major reason I am not with this lab anymore is inconsistent analysis. Every time you walk into your microlab there is a different one, and they usually claim to be new... This isn't something you want if you're doing a fair ammount of litigation support.

| EMLab has computerized the data in the outside air samples they receive from their clients. This data is updated regularly and provides the most up to date and comprehensive comparison data for mold spore analysis. It shows that Stachybotrys is a normal consituent of the environment in warm and humid climates. This has also been shown by other laboratories and research. |

| From the beginning Aerotech was more than heads and tails above the others. Reports are easy to read and concise. Tech support is exceptional. All the employees I have dealt with are friendly and professional. |

| Aerotech provides detailed lab reports on analysis,. Great customer service w/ any questions concerning reports/results. One problem is that the lab is located in Arizona. For our office in the Eastern time zone, sometimes wait until 11:30am to speak to project managers, which becomes a problem with pressing cases. |

| We've used P&K, Aerotech, and EMLab sepately. P&K and EMLab were excellent labs with reliable analyses. Aerotech's results were often questionable. P&K and Aerotech then combined and both the quality of P&K and their customer service went quickly downhill. Next, EMLab was brought into the fold. Again, EMLab's services also suffered. We just recently stopped using EMLab P&K due to the rough transition they are having. No doubt this lab will eventually get back to where they were. For now, however, they aren't what they used to be. |
